Serge has 19 years of experience spanning Strategy Consulting, Artificial Intelligence and Financial Services.
Serge advised all Top 20 Large Banks (incl. JPM, GS, CITI, MS, DB, BARC) as well as top tier consulting firms (incl. McKinsey and Oliver Wyman) on issues spanning from high level strategy, data analytics and automation.
Serge grew and managed a data analytics fintech, bringing firsthand knowledge of innovating in a highly regulated industry.
Having worked extensively with AI, especially machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs), Serge has the know-how to navigate this complex field.
