Serge is a senior executive, strategy advisor, and technology leader with 20 years of experience across strategy consulting, financial services, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. He scaled and transformed high-growth analytics businesses, including Coalition and Acin, where he held senior leadership roles, led expert and data science teams, and drove growth, operating transformation, and funding milestones.

Over his career, Serge has advised and partnered with senior leaders at many of the world's leading financial institutions, including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays, as well as top-tier consulting firms including McKinsey and Oliver Wyman. Earlier in his career, he worked at Oliver Wyman, advising major financial institutions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia on strategy, analytics, risk, and operating-model challenges.

Serge combines board-level business judgment with deep analytical and technical capability, translating complex business problems into practical AI, automation, analytics, and technology solutions.

Today, Serge is the Founder and CEO of Aegis Legal AI / Maidalv, where he is building the AI-native operating layer for modern law firms, combining attorney supervision, AI agents, analytics, and automation to scale legal services faster, better, and at lower cost.

Julie Guo is the Legal Head of Aegis Legal AI and Founding Partner of Aegis IP Law, an AI-empowered New York law firm serving cross-border sellers and SMEs. Julie built a law firm from the ground up into a substantial cross-border legal practice with a 10+ person team, earning strong recognition from clients and peers for her practical, business-oriented approach to U.S. litigation and IP disputes.

She has over 15 years of experience across domestic and cross-border legal services, with a focus on commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, Schedule A/TRO actions, frozen proceeds, platform complaints, and account suspensions. Julie has represented and advised thousands of e-commerce sellers facing urgent U.S. legal challenges, combining litigation judgment with a deep understanding of cross-border business realities.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, she bridges U.S. and Chinese legal and business systems and brings a rare operator's perspective to the development of legal AI. At Aegis, Julie transforms frontline legal expertise into attorney-supervised AI agents, workflows, and services that make high-quality IP legal support faster, more scalable, and more accessible.

Wang serves as Tech Head for Aegis Legal AI, where he supports the development of the company's legal AI agent infrastructure, data architecture, and machine-learning systems. He brings nearly 20 years of technology leadership and engineering experience through his role as CTO and owner of SmartDoc Technologies, with long-term consulting experience for enterprise technology clients including Fidelity.

Yanhui holds a PhD in Engineering from Columbia University, a Master's degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University, and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Science from Peking University. His background combines advanced engineering research, mathematics, data science, and practical enterprise software implementation.

June leads product demonstration, client communication, and coordination among clients, attorneys, and the technical team at Aegis Legal AI. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in science, giving her a strong analytical foundation for understanding complex products and client needs.

At Aegis, June helps translate legal AI capabilities into clear product demonstrations, gathers client feedback, coordinates attorney and technical input, and supports the development of practical, user-friendly AI legal products for e-commerce sellers, SMEs, and law-firm partners.
